Body Corporates
When the Entrust dividend is paid to a body corporate, Entrust is legally required to obtain signed, written instructions regarding payment from either the chairperson of the body corporate or the chairperson of the body corporate committee. The instructions must be witnessed by another committee or body corporate member. A copy of the form for those instructions is available below.
