NDREOR
The contractual requirements between Entrust and Vector are captured in a key document known as the New Deed Recording Essential Operating Requirements (NDREOR).
The NDREOR includes details of Vector’s commitment to Entrust regarding pricing, undergrounding, dividends and reporting. The NDREOR was renegotiated in 2025.
